The only emails sent to your contact email address are Solo Ads
(a few per day) & Admin Emails. This email flow is very light and you should have no problem in using your real contact email address.

Please use a separate Gmail account for both email addresses.

List Email Address Volume

The volume of emails sent your list email address is heavy, hence the need for a separate email address. Credit emails from the Safelist are sent here and as long as they have enough credits, every member can send one each day. Check this email daily and click the credit link inside.
